Terms and Conditions
1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Algoz Group, including but not limited to private security, executive protection, travel assistance, personal concierge and VIP services. By proceeding with any payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms. A copy of these Terms is sent with the invoice and is deemed accepted upon payment.
2. SERVICES
Algoz Group delivers bespoke, discreet, and professional services tailored to the specific requirements of each client. Our operations prioritise excellence, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct.
3. DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICY
3.1 Deposit Requirement
A deposit is mandatory for all new clients. For returning or long-term clients, deposit requirements may be negotiable. The applicable deposit percentage or amount is specified in the invoice or quotation provided.
3.2 Determination of Deposit
Deposits vary depending on the nature, urgency, and timing of the mission. In some cases, full payment in advance may be required.
3.3 Non-Refundable Deposits
– For services commencing within 30 days, all deposits are strictly non-refundable once paid.
– For services scheduled more than 30 days in advance, deposits become non-refundable after 7 days from the payment date.
– The consultation fee charged by Algoz Group is never refundable. This fee covers quotation, consultancy, threat assessment, coordination with partners, and administrative preparation.
3.4 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
– Bank Transfers
– Credit/Debit Cards
– Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC, USDC, ETH, and XMR (Monero)
– Cash (only by prior agreement and typically payable during or after the service)
For traceability and security purposes, we strongly prefer verifiable payment methods.
3.5 Payment Schedule
Unless otherwise specified, full payment is required prior to the commencement of services. The payment terms are clearly outlined in the corresponding quote or invoice.
4. CANCELLATION, REFUNDS & FORCE MAJEURE
4.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may only be considered if preparations have not commenced. “Preparations” include, but are not limited to, booking third-party services, allocating personnel, arranging travel, and disbursing payments to partners or suppliers.
4.2 Urgent Services
All missions scheduled to commence within 30 days are classified as urgent and are non-refundable once confirmed and paid.
4.3 Cancellations by Algoz Group
If Algoz Group or one of its official partners is unable to fulfil the service, a full or partial refund may be issued. Any costs already incurred (e.g. partner fees, staffing, bookings) will be deducted from the refund.
4.4 Force Majeure
In cases of Force Majeure, a partial refund may be issued. Expenses already incurred—including staff, planning, administration, and third-party payments—are non-refundable.
4.5 Third-Party Costs and Authorisation
All substantial third-party costs (e.g. luxury hotels, flights, special transport) must be authorised in writing by the client prior to confirmation. These expenses are subject to the individual refund policies of the external providers.
4.6 Rescheduling
Requests for rescheduling may be considered if received at least 30 days in advance of the service. Approval is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients must provide accurate and timely information required for service execution. They must also notify Algoz Group of any changes to their itinerary, risk profile, or expectations as early as possible.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Algoz Group shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The maximum liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All disputes shall first be addressed through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, matters will proceed to binding arbitration under the applicable jurisdiction of Algoz Group’s operating base.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
9. AMENDMENTS
Algoz Group reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be shared as necessary and come into force upon communication.
